What you need is…
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.G., ceramics/natural stone), with proven leadership skills.
Excellent command of English.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Experience in operational and project management, leading and motivating teams (both office-based and remote).
Strong knowledge in business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.
Persuasive abilities with skills in setting and achieving sales targets.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Hardworking, sales-oriented, eager to meet and exceed targets.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and interpretative skills.
Proven leadership experience managing large and culturally diverse teams.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for;
Managing the business planning, coordination, and sales activities across South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa. A key focus will be expanding the company’s client portfolio in new markets and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Given the company's specialization in premium porcelain tiles and slabs, the role involves promoting and selling these products internationally.
The position requires understanding company objectives and customer needs, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, and building high-performing sales teams.
Expanding the network by adding potential clients such as distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, and architects.
Initiating collaborations and projects by engaging with new customers to develop sales channels.
Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to the sales development team.
Setting sales targets, defining goals, and developing policies and processes.
Conducting industry analysis to understand customer needs.
Reporting regularly to senior management on services and market insights.
Negotiating and formulating commercial agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Collaborating with marketing for product promotion and participating in promotional events.
Coordinating with supply chain to manage inventory and product lifecycle, including new and older products.
Understanding customer needs and developing strategies for product delivery and market penetration.
Setting KPIs and targets for the sales team and monitoring performance.
