Qualifications & Skills
Language Skills:
Native or fluent in Danish;
proficient in English (B2 or higher).
Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
A customer‑first mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
Interest in the automotive or electrical vehicle industry is a plus.
