EV Business Development Manager – AC Charging
br Location: Madrid or Barcelona
br Focus: Selling into EV installers and CPOs
brSalary €60,000 - €65,000 + Variable + Car

brWe are looking for a driven EV Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Spain, with a strong focus on EV charging installers and Charge Point Operators (CPOs). This role is idóneo for someone with deep commercial experience in the EV charging ecosystem, a strong network in the market, and the ability to build long-term partnerships that drive revenue and adoption.

brRole overview
brYou will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the EV charging value chain. Working closely with internal teams, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning through to negotiation and account growth.

brKey responsibilities
brDevelop and execute a business development strategy for Spain, with a focus on installers and CPOs.
brBuild and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across Madrid, Barcelona
brLead commercial conversations with technical and procurement stakeholders.
brUnderstand customer needs and position the right charging, hardware, software, or service solution.
brNegotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable deals.
brCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support customer growth.
brRepresent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and trade shows.
brMaintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting.
brWhat we are looking for
brProven experience in business development or sales in EV charging, energy, infrastructure, or adjacent technical sectors.
brStrong understanding of the EV charging market in Spain.
brExperience selling to installers, CPOs, partners.
brExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
brCommercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
brFluent in Spanish and English.
brBased in Madrid or Barcelona, with willingness to travel as needed.
brExperience in AC Charging
