In this role you drive the sales of Low Voltage IEC motors within a defined market, contributing to ABB’s division strategy. You will work with a cross-functional team to achieve order growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while uncovering new market opportunities. The position sits within the Motion - Induction Motors team in Catalonia and offers a hybrid work model. You’ll engage customers on terms, enable effective marketing, and support project processes as needed, making a tangible impact on business growth.

• Sell Low Voltage IEC motors in the designated market in line with division strategy
• Meet qualitative and quantitative sales targets to drive order growth, revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Communicate terms, delivery times, payments, and conditions in alignment with ABB's offering
• Support marketing activities and convey value propositions to customers
• Drive development of new market opportunities in the designated region
• Manage administrative sales processes and support cash collection and project management as needed
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or similar
• Approximately 5 years of sales experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan is a plus
• Experience with Sales Force; familiarity xpzdshu with customer intimacy and relevant markets (COG, Pulp and Paper, Water, HVAC)
• Valid driving license (B1) in Spain
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, empathy, and strategic thinking
