As a Lead Qualification Specialist, your primary focus will be on lead generation and lead qualification. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, assessing lead quality, and ensuring a smooth handover to our frontline sales team.
How you will do
CRM Management: Maintain and update leads in Salesforce.com
Prospecting: Conduct desktop research to identify new prospects and leverage field team insights
Outbound Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and create new leads
Lead Qualification: Score and assess leads based on data quality and completeness
Evaluate asset eligibility for upgrades or additional services
Initiate customer conversations to understand needs and gauge interest
Lead Management: Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives
Convert leads into opportunities or schedule for future re-engagement
Manage and support campaign execution
Focus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M); Upgrades, Spare Parts; New Maintenance Contracts
What we are looking for:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or 2-year degree with relevant experience
2 years of inside sales, telemarketing, or business experience
Basic knowledge of products and solutions in our sector (BMS, HVAC, IREF, Security, Fire, etc.)
Languages: Spanish & English – German or other European languages are a plus
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and active listening skills
Customer empathy and relationship-building ability
Self-motivation and ability to manage tasks independently
Tenacity, perseverance, and stress resilience
High standards of integrity and professionalism
