Experteer Overview
As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer, you bridge technical depth with client needs to tailor solutions. You collaborate with the sales team to translate requirements into compelling demonstrations and proposals. You’ll run technical presentations, PoCs, and training, supporting post-sales technical needs. You’ll work across a multicultural team to drive customer-centric technical outcomes and contribute to product and solution improvements.

• Act as a technical advisor to the sales team, recommending product capabilities and customization options based on customer needs
• Perform pre-sales support by understanding requirements and delivering tailored solutions, technical presentations, demonstrations, and trainings
• Help develop technical proposals, bids, and quotations with detailed specs and cost estimates alongside the sales team
• Conduct remote or on-site product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits and answer technical questions
• Create test plans and conduct verification tests (e.g., PoC) and document results
• Prepare and maintain project-specific technical documentation, including test plans/reports and solution descriptions
• Collaborate with FTS technical support for post-sales issue resolution and escalations
• Deliver training sessions to internal sales teams to enhance product understanding
• Collect and relay customer feedback to BU and product teams to inform improvements
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or field application engineering in the Time/Frequency domain preferred
• Strong understanding of technical sales processes and customer engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with lab testing, PoC, and technical documentation
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural, geographically dispersed team
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
• Proficiency in English; additional EMEA languages a plus
