Overview of the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to provide comprehensive support to Financial Services Managing Directors. The role involves managing schedules, overseeing business operations, and fostering client relationships in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
1. Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle correspondence, prepare presentations, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients, participate in business development, and maintain client data in Salesforce.
3. Office Operations Support: Organize office systems, manage conference bookings, coordinate meetings, and handle internal communications.
Requirements
1. Experience in a professional services or banking environment.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
4. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
5. Ability to multitask, be proactive, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
6. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
7. Experience with managing complex travel and event coordination is a plus.
Note: This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (40 hours/week).
