WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in IAM systems (SailPoint)
Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD / Entra)
Solid ITIL knowledge (change & incident management, security, compliance)
Strong scripting skills (Java, PowerShell, Python, or similar)
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automation integration
Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, GxP, ITIL)
Knowledge of API and system integrations
Advanced English communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Scrum and tools like Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence
Plus: Test Automation Skills like Tosca
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Drive continuous improvement of automated IAM processes
Build audit-ready automation frameworks for identity lifecycle
Maintain and enhance scripts and automation frameworks (PowerShell, Python, REST API)
Support access certification and compliance campaigns through automation
Own test automation for IAM lifecycle processes
Define and implement automated test cases that deliver compliance evidence
Lead initiatives integrating automation into CI / CD pipelines
Set new standards for efficiency and quality in IAM automation
Regular travel expected, especially during onboarding (team based in Spain)
