For one of our main clients, Omnitel is looking for a Business Sales Manager with French. The BSM focus, is on optimizing business sale leads, supporting business development with the Commercial Lead, and generating new business opportunities for the Customer Digital Store. The role requires internal drive to deliver impact and results showcasing customer devices and services.

* Hours: 09:00 - 18: 00h (40 hours)
* Location: Madrid (Spain)
* Start Date: Immediate
* Salary Range: 45K - 50K
Responsabilities:
* Generate new leads and build relationships to drive margin and improve the Microsoft Store sales team productivity and operational efficiency.
* Manage the rhythm of business with the France sales team, including pipeline review, sales process coaching and acting as the point of escalation.
* Impact, shape and simplify business for greater results and impact.
* Knowledge of how businesses use technology and the solutions that Microsoft devices and services can offer
* Drive results while building strong relationships through very small business, SMB and Enterprise.
* Internal reporting of sales KPIs including revenue, inbound call traffic and conversion.
Additional Skills and Abilities required:
* Have a love for Microsoft, be a brand evangelist, and have a deep understanding of Microsoft products (Surface hardware, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Windows, Office, Xbox, and services).
* Lead by example, take pride in your work, and enjoy helping and developing others while creating fun environments and energizing people through your passion.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high-level attention to detail.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driven to get results.
* Strong people and presentations skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
* University Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years preferred experience in a fast paced, results driven culture.
* Experience selling or in business development.
* eCommerce experience desirable but not essential.
* Relationship focused and driven, providing excellence in service, sales, and marketing.
* Fluent English to a professional standard required.
* Fluency in the following languages is required: French
