sectors? We’re looking for a
Marketing Manager
to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across our diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement marketing plans for restaurant formats, gourmet concepts, and foodvenience solutions. Drive performance through promotions, assortment planning, product development, pricing, and layout optimization. Lead the creation and rollout of new concepts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and customer expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including culinary, operations, and design to deliver seamless brand experiences. Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of experience in marketing within the restaurant, convenience food, or gourmet retail sectors. Strong expertise in promotions, product assortment, pricing strategies, layout, and concept development. High level of creativity, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen. Fluent English (C1/C2); other languages are a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
