Job Description:
You will perform a complete set of finance activities:
1. Integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at Production and Manufacturing Engineering in TFAPS level following a standard and agile process to increase operational synergies and support its competitiveness.
2. Definition, prioritization and management of transversal projects.
3. Transformation projects in order to find synergies and efficiency that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out.
4. Workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAPS.
5. Participation in automatization processes and tools to optimize the resource plan.
6. Challenge the business to ensure accurate performance planning.
7. Decision-making support to the Production/Manufacturing Engineering controller TFAPS and operative areas.
Generating the following outputs:
1. Common procedures and ways of working to assure the efficiency performance of the matrix organization by programs, functions, and legal entities.
2. Financial driver analysis and reporting of the activity performance (budgets by cost centers and Programs), workload controlling, etc.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent.
2. Excellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence, and convince.
3. Able to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks.
