In this role you will manage contract activities for revenue-generating commercial and government contracts, guiding negotiations and risk assessment. You’ll support RFP/RFQ responses, oversee third-party relationships, and drive process improvements through standardized templates and playbooks. You’ll work with legal, finance, and business units to optimize contract workflows and foster strong customer relationships. This position supports the company mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by enabling compliant growth across global contracts.

• Manage contract management activities for revenue-generating contracts (commercial and government)
• Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements; provide risk guidance to cross-functional teams
• Support RFP/RFQ responses and manage third-party channel relationships
• Implement process improvements via template standardization and playbook development

• Maintain strong customer relationships and contract compliance across global operations
Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in commercial and government contracts management
• Experience in contract negotiations and RFP activities
• Knowledge of federal and state contracting processes including FAR compliance
• Experience managing complex, high-value international contracts
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and risk assessment capabilities
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract lifecycle management systems and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to support international business needs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven leadership and strong written/verbal communication skills
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of export compliance and international trade regulations
• Professional integrity and sound business judgment
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative environment
• Life sciences or scientific instruments industry experience preferred
