About the role
Compliance is a vital team ensuring Revolut’s products meet regulatory standards and deliver excellent customer outcomes. They excel at finding solutions and conducting testing in a digital environment. With expanding insurance offerings, we need an Insurance Compliance Manager to oversee the regulatory framework for insurance distribution, ensuring consumer protection practices remain compliant. This is a hands-on role. If you have insurance experience, understand insurance distribution requirements across the EEA, and are eager to work on cutting-edge products, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Advising on compliance requirements for insurance products and controls
- Supporting insurance distribution operations across the EEA
- Creating, assessing, and implementing policies
- Reviewing insurance initiatives for compliance
- Managing training programs
- Approving marketing communications
- Analyzing customer complaints for compliance risks
- Collaborating to improve customer outcomes
- Conducting compliance monitoring
- Horizon scanning across countries
- Translating regulations into business actions
- Mapping requirements and remediating gaps
- Working with Risk and Legal teams
What you'll need
- Experience in compliance risk management
- Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy creation
- Expertise in insurance distribution and FOS model
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Understanding of compliance and business risk
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance intermediaries regulations
- Willingness to develop expertise in crypto and privacy
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,500 gross/month
- Other locations: To be discussed during the interview
