What you´ll do
* Manage and grow sales with key Metal Packaging customers under the APP (Adhesive Technologies Packaging) business unit.
* Drive account profitability and growth in alignment with Henkel’s strategic objectives.
* Develop and implement annual joint business plans with strategic partners, leveraging all available growth levers.
* Monitor account performance against business plans and proactively adjust strategies to meet targets.
* Lead all sales activities in collaboration with the sales team and execute marketing initiatives with the Marketing Group.
* Adapt and implement global product specifications for the local market, managing the approval process for global integration.
* Conduct regular visits to customer sites and production facilities to support the field sales team and boost sales and profitability.
