Your Role & Responsibilities
* Support data analysis for consultancy projects: collecting, cleaning, visualizing, and interpreting information.
* Draft reports and insights that serve as the backbone for client and internal decision-making.
* Get hands-on with product development, collaborating on definition, validation, and testing.
* Gather and document functional requirements alongside stakeholders, translating business needs into concrete, actionable criteria.
* Help prioritize the backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Map out and structure internal processes, including as-is / to-be mapping when needed.
Who are we looking for?
* Final-year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
* Solid command of Excel / Google Sheets.
* Bonus points for experience or knowledge in Power BI and SQL.
* Analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.
* Structured thinking: You can navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions.
* Proactive tech learner: Youre comfortable in agile environments where AI is part of the daily workflow.
* Strong communication skills: You can synthesize complex info into clear, written takeaways.
* Self-organized: Youre effective at working remotely and managing your own time.
* Advanced Spanish and English level.
