Role Description
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer & Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Badalona with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications and software systems that power financial solutions.
You will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality performance. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects using the latest Microsoft, AI, and cloud technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and software systems
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end
* Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders
* Engage with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to improve development processes
* Contribute to architecture design and propose innovative technical solutions
Required Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
* Proven experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development
* Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET)
* Ability to write clean, functional code across the stack
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Nice to Have:
Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
Desired Skills
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Proficiency in React for front-end development
* Experience with AI-driven solutions and Machine Learning integration
* Strong SQL knowledge for data management and analytics
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps practices
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
