**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. Reporting directly to the Events Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in the execution of Alpega’s event strategy — organizing impactful experiences for both shippers and carriers. From tradeshows and customer events to webinars and roundtables, you’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through every event touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Alpega’s events across Europe — both in-person and virtual.
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, promotional materials, and on-site setup.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align messaging and audience targeting for each event.
- Own the attendee journey and registration process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event.
- Support post-event reporting and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the Alpega brand professionally at external events and serve as an on-the-ground contact when needed.
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
- 3+ years of experience in B2B event management, preferably within SaaS, logistics, or tech.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience executing events across multiple countries and cultures.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Spanish) are a plus.
- Experience with event tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
- Must be based in Barcelona.
