What You Are Going To Do
1. Build, maintain, and coach around our observability tools like Splunk and ITSI.
2. Set up dashboards, guard data quality, and coach users on how to utilize these tools effectively within their business units.

* Actively discuss desired functionalities with users.
* Implement new functionalities.
* Monitor quality and integrate your product into existing facilities.
* Work in a team and support your colleagues as needed.
Who you are
You communicate clearly and explain things effectively, which helps in conveying and advising users. You empathize with others and understand what information is needed to truly assist someone. You are an important ambassador for the team, collaborating actively to provide the best service and motivating colleagues to go the extra mile.
You are curious with good conceptual thinking. Naturally, you have:
* A passion for IT.
* A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
* 5+ years experience in Splunk Cloud Enterprise.
* 2+ years experience in Splunk ITSI.
* Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
* Knowledge of Infra and Cloud (AWS / Azure).
* Knowledge of DataDog / Dynatrace / Grafana is a plus.
* Fluency in English, as working in an international environment is required.
