Job Responsibilities
A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of daily SEO work to Welocalize customers, aligning with their objectives and KPIs. They also help identify opportunities for improving efficiency or quality.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Support lead members in delivering SEO tasks and communicating with clients.
* Mentor and train junior team members.
* Identify opportunities to enhance work efficiency and quality.
* Build internal relationships and communicate technical topics effectively.
* Assist senior team members with strategy development for larger clients; lead strategy for smaller clients.
* Analyze data proactively and ensure quality in junior members' outputs.
* Define optimization strategies for clients.
* Manage day-to-day SEO delivery aligned with client goals.
* Build trust with clients by managing performance and recommending strategies.
* Promote best practices for SEO delivery.
* Handle complex tasks, including technical and analytical deliverables.
* Present technical recommendations and opportunities.
* Manage projects from sales to delivery.
* Contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating value.
* Understand and explain SEO best practices.
* Lead client meetings and communications.
* Demonstrate project management and commercial awareness skills.
Experience Requirements
* At least 2 years supporting SEO tasks and delivery.
* Ability to leverage tools and processes to improve services.
* Proven impact on insights and delivery.

* Perform various tasks including strategy, planning, and implementation.
