It is responsible for designing, developing, and rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions, and divisions worldwide, helping our brands accelerate organic growth.We are seeking a talented and experienced
Tech Lead
to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, and steer the product engineering of our Consumer Care digital product.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices. Collaboration with other leads, data engineers, and architects will be essential to develop scalable, reliable, and secure consumer care digital products. You will leverage consumer data from our digital suite, including CRM, Marketing Data Hub, CDP, etc., and partner with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Data Integration Leads to facilitate cross-brand and cross-division data analysis, product development, and global rollout.Your responsibilities include driving data engineering architecture, insights, and data-driven decision-making related to our SSO product, Consent Management, Identity, Customer Data Platform (CDP), CRM, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Content Management System (CMS). You will also coordinate with brand and divisional data stewards to ensure clear requirements and comprehensive analysis for product development across regions.MUST HAVEStrong expertise with large-scale Customer Care software such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, Zendesk, etc.Proven experience leading large-scale Customer Care deployments globallyDeep technical knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practicesHands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably on Azure CloudSolid understanding of database technologies, including relational, NoSQL, and data warehousesExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence and drive organizational changeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging data for business growthNICE TO HAVEExperience working in a global multi-brand environmentKnowledge of data privacy regulations and complianceWhat can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse, talented associates guided by our Five PrinciplesBe part of a purpose-driven company building a better tomorrowAccess to top-tier learning and development, including Mars UniversityCompetitive salary and benefits, including bonusesTBDDTLocation:
