Experteer Overview In this role you drive the global media analytics strategy and the data/tech roadmap to optimize paid, owned, earned, and influencer media. You align cross-regional teams to ensure coherent measurement and optimization, translating business needs into technical solutions. You will lead the evolution of the media tracking ecosystem and coordinate with IT and analytics partners to deliver reliable performance insights. This position offers international scope and the opportunity to shape how marketing investments are analyzed and improved.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Define and execute the global media analytics strategy and yearly roadmap - Lead the evolution of the global media tracking ecosystem for integrated measurement - Manage cross-functional projects with clear objectives, milestones, and outcomes - Coordinate with IT to implement GA4 tracking and robust data integrations - Support analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of media data and pixel setups - Create communication decks and provide regular roadmap progress updates - Support training initiatives to improve adoption of media analytics toolsResponsabilidades - 7–10 years of experience in media analytics, preferably in an international environment - Advanced degree in marketing, data science, statistics, or digital communications - Strong business orientation with strategic vision and results focus - Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences - Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Datorama) and data environments (MS SQL Server, Google BigQuery) - Experience with analytics in digital media ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, Google) and data integration tools (Supermetrics) - Fluent English;
