Job Description:
* LEAD Role Overview the AJO Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring consistent, compliant, and personalized customer experiences.
* Design and implement event-driven customer journeys across email, push, in-app, and other channels
* Define journey entry conditions, decisioning logic, and personalization rules
* Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and best practices for journeys and campaigns
* Plan and manage releases, deployments, and coordination with dependent teams
* Provide functional leadership and guidance to AJO developers and QA resources
* 7–10 years of experience in marketing automation or journey orchestration roles
* Deep xhfqzwm hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle journeys in banking or financial services
* Experience managing complex, event-driven journey orchestration
* Experience with AI-driven decisioning or offer management
* Adobe AJO certification
