At Q-tech, we’re partnering with a fast-growing international tech company that is building a world-class dual-native mobile experience for its B2B CRM platform.
Their iOS app is used daily by professionals managing high-value relationships and deals. They are now looking for a Senior iOS Engineer with strong ownership and architectural mindset to lead and evolve their SwiftUI-based mobile application.
What you’ll do
* Own and drive the iOS codebase and architecture.
* Build new features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality.
* Contribute to a shared Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) module for business logic and networking.
* Ensure high performance (60fps scrolling, memory efficiency, solid testing practices).
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
* Gradually contribute to Android (Jetpack Compose) as part of a dual-native strategy.
What they’re looking for
* 5+ years of iOS development experience.
* Deep expertise in SwiftUI and modern Swift (async/await, structured concurrency).
* Strong architectural skills (MVVM, dependency injection, clean code).
* Experience shipping high-quality apps to the App Store.
* Solid understanding of REST APIs, testing, and systematic debugging.
* High ownership mindset and product-oriented thinking.
* Interest in growing into a T-shaped mobile engineer (iOS + Android).
Nice to have:
* Experience with Kotlin / Jetpack Compose.
* Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform.
* AI-augmented engineering mindset.
* Background in B2B / SaaS environments.

What’s offered
* Permanent contract.
* Salary range: €60,000 – €70,000 depending on experience.
