We are currently looking for a Billing Technician to join our International Organisations team in Alicante .
Responsibilities
* Issue and send invoices within the established deadlines.
* Resolve incidents related to the billing process .
* Keep information updated in our internal systems.
* Prepare periodic reports on the status of billing and associated documentation.
* Review contractual documentation to ensure correct invoicing .
* Participate in the continuous improvement of the process by proposing initiatives and optimizations.
* Prepare and update manuals and internal documentation for the area.
Requirements
* Previous experience in billing or administration.
* Strong organizational skills and deadline-oriented mindset.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Advanced level of English.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to be part of a positive working environment.
Nice to have
* Experience with client portals.
* Familiarity with contractual documentation and tax requirements.
* Knowledge of electronic invoicing.
