Customer Support, German & Hungarian Speaking
Our company is a leading provider in Cloud, SAP, Microsoft, and software development, shaping future‑proof IT solutions for corporate clients. This role focuses on digitizing the German midmarket by providing customer support to German and Hungarian speaking clients.
Your Tasks
* Act as the point of contact for corporate clients regarding queries about our IT applications and systems.
* Receive fault reports by telephone and email.
* Carry out fault analyses and develop solutions in collaboration with clients.
* Document requirements and faults in a ticketing system and escalate complex issues to colleagues in 2nd Level Support.
* Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and further develop our customer support within a close‑knit, international team.

What You Bring With You
* A keen interest in IT technologies and a willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
* Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
* The ability to maintain an overview and a strong service‑oriented approach, even during stressful periods.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Good written and spoken German and Hungarian required.
* Good written and spoken English or Romanian an advantage.
* Willingness to work shifts Monday–Saturday (7.30 am–9.30 pm).
* Availability for on‑call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7.30 am–9.30 pm).
