If you have a sharp commercial mindset, love the thrill of hitting targets, and know how to turn data into sales arguments, this is your place to grow.What you'll achieveYou will play a key role in executing the strategy, with responsibilities covering the entire scope of account management:Target Achievement: Work against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. You will effectively manage trade spend and ensure forecast accuracy to achieve overall sales and profit goals.Business Planning & Strategy: Assist with the development and execution of business customer plans. You will aid in developing, executing, and maintaining wiring strategies, both internally and with customer leadership.Forecasting & Reporting: Perform weekly/period forecasting and demand planning. You will assist in all areas of business planning, including internal/external communication, reporting, financial accounting, and administration.Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data and trends to increase sales and profitability. You will collect competitive activity and circulate basic category data for internal and external use.Customer Management: Conduct business reviews with customers to review the current state of the business and align on future opportunities and goals. You will perform customer wiring with key operational and executional contacts.Execution & Field Coordination: Communicate and work with Field Sales to execute plans. You will activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions and perform periodic market visits to ensure compliance.Category Partnership: Partner with Category Management Teams to gain insight and help develop business growth opportunities. You will utilize consumer and shopper insights to deliver leading category management programs.KPI Monitoring: Contribute to consistent operational growth through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as financial targets, space targets, and display targets.Who you areWe are looking for a commercial profile with solid experience in the sector.Educational and Experience Background: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Economics and, crucially, 3-5 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). You understand how retailers work.Analytical Warrior: You feel comfortable with data analysis, using logic to solve business issues and have incredible attention to detail.Results-Oriented: You are used to working with targets and handling (healthy) pressure.
