What you'll do
From day one, you step into real YOUNG companies .You will:Work on active businesses with real operationsTake ownership of parts of the companyContribute to growth, sales, and executionWork on new initiatives and improvementsYou are not observing.You are operating .

The 3 Steps Step 1 – Internal (Start)You work closely with a Co-Founder and YOUNG Holding.You learn the business, operate, and prove yourself internally.Step 2 – ExternalYou start engaging with stakeholders:customers, partners, suppliers, network.You show you can represent and grow the business.Step 3 – YOUNG HeroIf it clicks, you step up as a true operator.You become a key driver in the company and move towards a long-term role.
