We collaborate with both brands and manufacturing/textile finishing centers with a clear objective: Transforming the textile industry into an eco-efficient and sustainable area of activity. /p p We’re currently looking for a b SERVICE EXCELLENCE TECHNICIAN /b based in b VALENCIA /b for supporting our team. b Do you want to be part of this revolution? /b /p pbu YOUR ROLE /u /b /p p Our Service Excellence Department is in charge of dealing with our customer’s machinery pools in order for all our technologies to be properly installed and always in full operation. /p p Being an active part of our team, you’ll play a critical role by providing the customers with the technical service they may require to keep their production efficiently running. /p p This position combines both technical and customer service duties being perfect for a dynamic, proactive and problem-solver profile. /p pb How to achieve this challenge? /b By performing the following duties: /p ulli Checking the installation requirements and its status to ensure the effective installation of the machinery. /lili Installing Jeanologia’s techs at our customers’ facilities. /lili Carrying out technical troubleshooting to diagnose remotely / in field the machinery incidents. /lili Repairing the customers’ machinery pools, always providing them with an effective technical solution. /lili Recording the incidents within the company’s ERP, as well as following-up its evolution until they’re fully solved. /lili Effectively controlling updating the technical stock along with the Customer Experience Department. /lili Providing technical trainings to the customers’ staff on any matter regarding Jeanologia’s techs implementation. /lili Collecting any query or technical improvement suggested by the customers and communicating such info to the concerned departments of the company. /lili Supporting both the Service Excellence Customer Experience teams with any administrative duty they may need. /lili Providing the sales team with the technical support they may require. /li /ul pbu WHICH KIND OF PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR: /u /b /p ullib Professional degree in electronics or electrical /b basic mechanical notions. /lili Proven industrial experience installing repairing machinery, as well as carrying out maintenance tasks. /lili Highly valuable having textile machinery related experience. /lili Fluent English level both written spoken. /lili We’re looking for a problem solver with initiative and eager to learn within a super dynamic environment. /lili Availability to travel and visit our customers manufacturing centres. /li /ul p If you think you’re a good fit for this position, b DON’T MISS THE CHANCE /b and apply for this position! /p
