Senior Project Manager – Residential Build to Sell and Rentals Development Oleares | Full-Time
Oleares is a real estate development company committed to delivering high-quality residential projects across Spain. As we scale our pipeline, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects end-to-end — from design through delivery.
───────────────────────────── What You'll Manage ─────────────────────────────
- Full lifecycle management of 2–3 residential projects in parallel (~100 units each)
- Lead the design phase: architects, consultants, and regulatory approvals
- Oversee construction, contractor management, and milestone execution
- Complete budget ownership — planning, monitoring, and deviation control
- Coordinate directly with banks and project finance partners
- Risk, quality, and progress reporting to senior management and board
───────────────────────────── Who We're Looking For ─────────────────────────────
- 8+ years of experience in residential real estate development (Build-to-Sell)
- Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep experience with project finance and banking relationships
- Precise command of budgets, schedules, and deviations
- Very high level of business Spanish | Very high level of business English
- Background on the developer side (not contractor-only)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel advanced) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
