Proven experience in working with sustainability and environmental topics from a facility/property management perspective.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

- Understanding of local regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with operational process optimisation, continuous improvement methods, and digital FM tools.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, cost efficiency, and sustainability solutions.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and innovative practices in the real estate and FM industry.
Building strong relationships and working closely with stakeholders across functions.
