Responsibilities
Actively support and participate in daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Lead, develop and organise the warehouse team, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.
Ensure accurate and timely stock control, including regular and ongoing stock‑taking activities.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and health & safety regulations.
Monitor team performance and take hands‑on action to maintain operational efficiency and capacity.
Conduct performance reviews in close cooperation with the People & Culture team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or junior management role.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns and stock management.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards.
Native level of Spanish and a good level of English.
