Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner (temporary maternity cover)

The position is based in Spain (Sant Cugat, near Barcelona) with 40% onsite work and a 7 month fixed-term maternity cover from 3 November 2025 to end May 2026.
The Opportunity
As Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) you will combine recruiting and consulting skills to seek, attract and bring in the very best talent into Roche, focusing on the Roche EMEA region. You will be part of the Roche EMEA Recruiting team within Integrated Workforce Strategies, collaborating with TAPs across EMEA and globally. Geographic focus will be Spain.
As Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) you will be part of the Roche EMEA Recruiting team, a group of highly skilled professionals in our Integrated Workforce Strategies (IWS) organization.
Responsibilities
* Being a professional & consultative partner for our business leaders regarding all talent acquisition aspects
* Expertly driving end-to-end recruiting processes and providing customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions, including active candidate sourcing & pipelining, talent marketing, talent selection, candidate experience, and Equity & Inclusion
* Managing the offer process with all necessary stakeholders (creating an offer proposal in accordance with our Roche compensation & benefits framework and pay equity considerations, obtaining approvals, extending offers, and negotiating with the candidate if required)
* Collaborating with the People & Culture colleagues in Spain to gain insight about coming business priorities and to ensure high confidentiality of recruitment topics
Who you are
You have knowledge and experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with proven success as a recruiter or headhunter, internally and/or as a consultant. Ideally you have experience in Life Science/Tech and a passion for People & Culture/Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition. You build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, are skilled in talent attraction, sourcing, and assessment, and have coaching and advising abilities. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and can work in international, cross-divisional teams in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent English and Spanish
* Experience in a multinational matrix organisation is an asset
* Experience with applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn
The position will be based in Sant Cugat/Spain. Onsite in the office for 40% of the time (approximately 2 days per week), with presence at the site for business meetings as needed.
