Your Mission :
* Promote testing best practices and CI / CD workflows.
* Understand systems to shape quality strategies.
* Create and optimize test plans, focusing on automation.
* Guide and educate engineers on testing techniques.
* Troubleshoot issues, review test code, and monitor quality metrics.
What We're Looking For :
* Passion for Quality: A long-term commitment to driving excellence in quality engineering.
* Testing Expertise: Solid understanding of the testing pyramid, including its more technical layers.
* Technical Skills:
o Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and JUnit.
o Familiarity with software architectures, including components and dependencies.
o CI / CD Knowledge: Good understanding of CI / CD practices and their integration into the SDLC.
o Manual Testing: Expertise in manual testing phases, including exploratory testing.
* Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to take the lead and drive solutions when needed.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English.
