Candidates must live in the EMEA region.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Communications StrategyCraft and implement a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand reputationManage media relationships, secure press coverage, write press releases, and serve as the company spokesperson when appropriateExecutive CommunicationsSupport company leadership with speechwriting, talking points, interviews, and key presentations for internal and external engagementsInternal CommunicationsEnsure transparent and effective internal communications that promote employee engagement and alignment across departmentsCrisis & Reputation ManagementPrepare and lead crisis communications plans, working closely with legal and executive teams to respond swiftly and strategically to emerging issuesContent DevelopmentOversee the creation of blog posts, op-eds, newsletters, social media content, and thought leadership materialsDigital and Social Media StrategyGuide messaging across social platforms and collaborate with digital teams to maximize engagement and reachMeasurement & ReportingMonitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts using KPIs, analytics, and audience feedbackSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)8+ years of communications experience, preferably in the tech or SaaS industryProven track record of leading successful PR campaigns and media outreachExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience with communication tools such as HubSpot, PRNewswire, Meltwater, or similarPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting a B2B or B2C technology companyCrisis communication training or certificationsFamiliarity with investor and financial communications (if applicable)Strong network of tech / media press contacts.About UsFoundever is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry.
