Moneycorp is a integral payments provider with 45+ years of experience, operating in 11 countries and supporting over $1tn of payment volume in 190 countries. We are looking for a Business Development / Relationship Account Manager based in Valencia, Alicante or Murcia to grow our private-client referral network.

Role Purpose

Drive acquisition and growth of Moneycorp's private clients in the assigned region, expanding referral relationships with wealth‑management firms, accountants, law firms, and property developers.

Responsibilities

- Develop and grow Moneycorp’s private client base in Valencia / Alicante or Murcia, increasing revenue and client value.
- Promote the business by collaborating with wealth‑management companies, accounting firms, law firms, and real‑estate developers.
- Expand the company’s presence in the region.
- Propose and organize events to foster business growth.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners, especially in the real‑estate and legal sectors.
- Maintain a consistent set of KPIs and ensure partner agreements are profitable.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- At least 2 years of sales or commercial management experience in financial services (banking) or real‑estate.
- Knowledge of referral‑based business models within the financial or real‑estate sector in the region.
- Extensive network of contacts with real‑estate companies, developers, lawyers, accountants, and wealth‑management funds in Spain.
- Experience in a results‑oriented sales environment.
- Good knowledge of the local market and business community in the assigned region.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with wider teams.
- Strong work ethic.

Languages

- Proficient in Spanish and English. A Scandinavian language is a plus.

Location and Contract

Permanent, full‑time (40 hours per week). Locations: Valencia, Alicante or Murcia (three separate roles).
