Omnicom Media Group Spain is seeking a new Programmatic Specialist to join our team. We are the Spanish division of Omnicom Media Group, a leading global media network with presence in more than 70 countries, offering marketing, advertising and communication solutions that positively impact client business results through our agencies and specialized units.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for supporting the implementation and management of programmatic campaigns (especially in DV360), supporting with client and agency requests, reporting, and finance processes.
* Responsible for timely and accurate campaign activation, implementation, optimisation, ongoing budget pacing, bidding and creative tests for a portfolio of accounts.
* Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets and ordered units.
* Daily campaign optimization using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and Excel-based data analysis.
* Weekly analysis of top performing domains.
* Weekly update of exclusion list based on brand safety tools.
* Implementation of best practices for programmatic strategies.
* Develop and build a strong understanding of the programmatic media landscape, with a POV on the best platform to use as per client objectives.
* Maintain a campaign tracker for all live campaigns, staying on top of planned vs delivered metrics.
* Support ad-hoc requests from clients and agency teams and collate and analyze reporting data and insights.
What We Are Looking For
* 3+ years in Programmatic experience in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, and thinking outside of the box.
* Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
* Analytical and team-working mindset.
* Experience working with DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
* Knowledge of Adserver, DSP, DMP.
* Good level of English and Spanish (B2+).
