What will you do
We are looking for a Digestive Health - Laxative and Anti-Hemorrhoidal Southern Europe Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team and advance our Digestive Health business.
* Drive growth of the Laxative & Anti-Hemorrhoidal business across the Southern Europe Cluster.
* Take full accountability for delivering the 3-year Operational Plan, including NTS/share targets.
* Develop and activate content and communication plans with a deep understanding of customer needs.
* Collaborate closely with regional franchise and country brand activation teams for strategic alignment and flawless execution.
* Provide leadership and guidance to other functions on key initiatives for the brand across the cluster.
* Participate actively in the Brand Cluster & Regional Squad.
* Lead local communications and media planning based on target consumers to ensure efficient budget use and maximum return.
* Track critical metrics by cluster/market.
* Manage budgets effectively.
* Show enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity about our brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims.

Requirements
* College/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
* MBA or Marketing Master’s degree is a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience in consumer healthcare marketing with a successful track record.
* Previous OTC experience is highly advantageous.
* Knowledge of J&J Consumer’s business, processes, and market environment in Southern Europe + France.
* Proficiency in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
