🔐 Information Security Analyst (GRC & regulatory Readiness)

A fast-growing international FinTech company operating in the crypto and payments space is expanding its Security function and is looking for an Information Security Analyst to own operational security governance, risk management, and regulatory readiness (MiCA & DORA).

This role is key to scaling security maturity in a regulated environment and partnering closely with security leadership.

What you’ll do
* Own and maintain the information security risk register
* Manage security policies, procedures, and audit-ready documentation
* Lead vendor and third-party security assessments
* Support audits, regulatory reviews, and partner due diligence
* Drive security governance, control mapping, and evidence preparation
* Act as a key execution partner to the CISO
What we’re looking for
* 3–5 years’ experience in Information Security, GRC, or Risk
* Background in regulated environments (fintech, financial services, crypto)
* Strong understanding of risk management, vendor risk, and ISMS (ISO 27001 or equivalent)
* Working-level knowledge of MiCA and DORA
* Structured, pragmatic, and ownership-driven mindset
