We are looking for a highly skilled
Full Stack Engineer
with strong expertise in the
MERN stack
and solid understanding of
DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing scalable web applications, managing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining reliable, observable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using
MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
with
TypeScript. Build and integrate
RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Write high-quality, testable code with
Jest
and
React Testing Library (RTL). Implement
GitHub Actions
for automated testing, deployment, and CI/CD workflows. Manage and deploy applications on
AWS
using best practices for scalability and security. Work with
infrastructure as code
using
Terraform
and container orchestration tools like
Kubernetes. Apply
GitOps principles
for continuous delivery and configuration management. Monitor application performance and reliability with observability tools; ensure adherence to
SLOs/SLAs
and manage
error budgets. Collaborate with teams on
FinOps
initiatives to optimize cloud costs. Participate in
incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident reviews. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Strong hands-on experience with
MERN stack
and
TypeScript. Proficient in
REST
and
GraphQL
API design and integration. Experience with
automated testing
frameworks (Jest, RTL). Working knowledge of
GitHub Actions ,
CI/CD, and
AWS
(EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.). Experience with
Kubernetes ,
Terraform, and
GitOps
workflows. Familiarity with
observability ,
monitoring, and
incident management
tools. Understanding of
FinOps
principles for cost optimization. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with
PostgreSQL
in addition to
MongoDB. Exposure to
serverless architecture
and
API Gateway. Prior experience in a
DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
