The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry.
* Identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
* Negotiating sales deals and closing sales.
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
* Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.
* Create social media marketing strategies.
* Participate in local and international property road shows and events.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
* Prior experience working in Real Estate, High End Luxury Automotive, High End brands.
* Experience in selling off-plan residential units.
