Experteer Overview Senior Business Analyst to drive payments transformation and cross-system integration for large multinationals. You will collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance to deliver secure, scalable banking integrations and payment solutions. You will lead workshops, define processes, oversee testing, and mentor analysts, shaping how payments and treasury data flow across ERP and banking platforms. oversee defect triage and resolution - Support change management and training initiatives across the organization - Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional analysis across payment and integration projects - Represent Business Analysis in transformation steering committeesResponsabilidades - 7+ years in financial services with at least 4 years in international payments, cash management, or treasury systems - Proficient in ISO 20022 XML formats and MT message types (pain.001/002/008, pacs.007/008, MT101/MT103);
SEPA knowledge a plus - Strong understanding of bank connectivity models: H2H, API, EBICS, SFTP, bank portals - Experience with ISO 20022 migration and CBPR+ schemas - Exposure to treasury systems (FIS Quantum, Kyriba, SAP) and ERP integrations - Familiarity with PSD2 and global payment schemes (TARGET2, T2S) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence) - English and Spanish fluency;
