In this role you will maintain strong relations with stakeholders and key users within the designated scope. You will work within an ERP federated systems environment, with a focus on unifying SAP deployments. You will oversee, collect and transform business requirements into technical specifications, forming Change requests with the usage of Azure and Charm tools, End-to-End Ownership Managed SIT, UAT, and contribution to design.
What tasks you will have:
1. Ensure operational stability and efficiency across the support model.
2. Drive an effective support process and be accountable for critical incident management.
3. Manage the operational and functional lifecycle of IT subjects in the perspective of end-to-end business processes.
4. Follow and manage local projects or enhancement realization.
5. Clarify needs expressed by users and transform user requests into demands understandable by solution partners.
6. Follow up on the quality and testing of final solutions with vendors/solutions and business partners.
7. Deliver local and global projects within the DevOps scope, particularly in the Sales and Distribution domain.
8. Prioritize projects and activities to align with Schneider Digital priorities.
9. Manage and challenge project demands from the business and work closely with global capabilities owners.
10. Act as the contact person for suppliers (DTC team) within Sales Execution activities.
11. Establish sound relationships with functional key users and other key stakeholders.
12. Ensure that business needs are correctly taken into account by other teams/vendors and provide regular reports on demands.
13. Set up regular Service Follow-up meetings with the business and communicate on change information.
Application Management Ownership:
1. Secure and master application management and ownership, including technical debt reduction.
2. Assure data quality, knowledge of costs, and L2 support.
3. Maintain key documentation in the app repository, including high-level architecture diagrams and a clear contact & escalation matrix.
What are we looking for in our candidate?
1. College/University degree.
2. Deep SAP Sales & Distribution module knowledge is a must - SAP PS & CS is a great advantage.
3. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment.
4. Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, test, and implementation.
5. Experience and background in sales processes in a medium-sized/large company.
6. Ability to describe/translate business requirements into IT requirements.
7. Understanding of transversal processes.
8. Skills with SAP ECC/S/4 Hana.
9. Broad IT knowledge and experience.
10. Coordination of resources, leading small teams.
11. Previous experience from similar industries is an advantage.
12. Self-driven, operationally experienced with a can-do attitude.
13. Strong relationship builder – both internally in Schneider Digital and business as well as with external partners.
14. Excellent communication skills, professional courtesy, keeps calm at stress levels.
15. Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
16. Has experience working with others on a global basis.
17. Willingness to learn more about IT, technologies, SAP/ERP.
18. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
