Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Calahorra. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. Additional duties include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
* Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service practices
* Experience in market analysis and the ability to identify trends and opportunities
* Leadership skills, including team management and motivation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English
* Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
* Prior experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
* Willingness to travel domestically for client visits and business development activities
