Strategy Manager - Ancillaries, Car & Hotels
eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a Strategy Manager within our Ancillary, Car and Hotel area. The role involves leading strategic thinking, driving execution of key initiatives, and delivering measurable results in collaboration with senior stakeholders. The target is to grow bookings for accommodations and car rentals and to leverage the Prime travel subscription program to enhance growth and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic thinking on the Ancillaries, Car Hire and Hotels areas, working with the Director of Hotel, Car Hire and Ancillaries.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to gain buy-in and drive action.
* Manage projects within the accommodation area, collaborating with stakeholders across the company.
* Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of initiatives and projects.
* Identify barriers to change and develop solutions to overcome them.
* Identify dependencies between initiatives and define integrated solutions.
* Gain buy-in from affected stakeholders and maintain continuous problem-solving throughout the process.
* Collaborate with other stakeholder owners, including C-Level and senior executives, to ensure alignment and execution.
Required Qualifications
* 4-6 years of experience in a top-tier strategic consultancy firm.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders;
high energy and proactive tone.
* Outstanding analytical skills with ability to generate insights and coordinate strategic analysis.
* Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online companies is highly valued.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
