Job Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead for Subsidiaries Applications to be responsible for the global ERP, support, and optimization of the ERP system across the organization’s international operations. Coordinating with regional teams, leading ERP S4 Hana implementation and upgrades, managing system performance, and ensuring the ERP system meets the organization’s operational and strategic goals.
Key Accountability Areas

ERP System Management: Oversee ERP system optimization globally, ensuring reliability and compliance with local regulations. Manage upgrades and enhancements to support evolving business needs.
Implementation and Rollout: Lead global ERP deployment and manage integration of new modules, ensuring successful adoption through effective testing and training.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align ERP with business objectives. Act as primary contact for ERP inquiries in international locations.
Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and guide best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Training and Support: Develop training programs for end-users and provide support across global locations, standardizing processes and troubleshooting steps.
Compliance and Security: Ensure ERP system compliance with regulations and security policies, monitoring access to maintain data integrity.
Reporting and Data Analytics: Configure the ERP system to produce accurate financial and operational reports that meet decision-making needs.
HR Proficiency

Ability to recruit and develop high performers, ensuring equal treatment and performance-based assessments.
Manage delegation of authority in accordance with company policy.
Responsibility

Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.
Able to anticipate problems and make the necessary proactive steps to prevent them.
Ability to take necessary and proper timely decisions.
Delivery

Deliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost.
Must make a tangible difference to his area of operation and exceed business expectations.
Business Planning & Performance

Able to transform the corporate goals into business plans and to plan, follow-up and execute those plans, whether annual or development plans.
Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results, taking corrective action accordingly.
Provide periodic work progress reports.
Responsible for monitoring and control budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development

Develop the organizational structure according to current requirements, taking into consideration future and development plans.
Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deploy them.
Business Process Improvements (Effectiveness)

Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Should be conversant with and able to navigate IT solutions relevant to the role and business.
Promote automated systems and use them fully to spread its culture.
Adaptation

Adapt to new and alternative techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models.
Qualifications

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Work Experience: 6 to 10 years
Technical / Functional Competencies: Applications System Analysis, Design, Enterprise Modeling, Monitoring, SEM
