What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and TasksAs an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the general company project and its customers. As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist in the Procurement team you will be in charge of:
- Drive down prices & total cost through defining category strategies & executing negotiations;
- Build category strategies by developing cross-functional teams;
executing internal analysis (spend, TCO & savings) & external analysis (benchmark, supplier & market);
and defining a sourcingstrategy;
- Do stakeholder management by managing internal clients and strategic partnerships;
- Ensure requireddue diligence completed for supplier on-boarding;
- Execute risk and opportunity assessment;
- Perform tracking and reporting of the achieved cost reductions and additional value generated;
- Manage suppliers performance and enforce Procurement Processes & Policies;
- Execute Purchase to Pay process in AX Dynamics (Microsoft ERP) & Coupa platform;
- Design and execute strategic sourcing in Coupa platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop SOW’s that reflect business needs in a way to clearly communicate to supply base and effectively support the business units;
- Conduct thorough RFP process and supplier selection in order to achieve cost targets, adhere to contractual requirements, and follow strategic plans, analyze vendor technical and commercial proposals;
- Register and manage vendors in AX Dynamics & Coupa platform;
- Source vendors through market research & supplier evaluation;
- Execute end to end strategic sourcing through RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ);
- Manage contractprocess: by coordinating contract creation with stakeholders and ensuring contract best practices (SLAs, KPI, SOW, MSA) ensuring that procurement, risk and contract compliance requirements are met and maintained with a focus on the document management of supplier contract relationships;

- 5 years + experience within Procurement or Strategic Sourcing environment/execution (a must)
- 1 year + experience with Coupa (desirable)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Strong in leading & executing procurement & sourcing projects
- Strong contract & price negotiations skillsStrong analytic skills (experience using Gsuite: Google sheets)
- Solid computer skills: i.E. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel knowledge (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).
- Strong experience within supplier relations management
- Proficient English skills, verbal and writing
- Proven knowledge and experience in purchasing, negotiation, commercial understanding and cost breakdown
- Developed soft skills – to manage executive level stakeholders and manage cross-functional team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
- AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
