We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an HR Manager.
Responsibilities
* The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Amazon Fulfillment Centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
* Demonstrate ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
* Maintain pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of engagement;
manage high volume workload and deliverables.
* Coaching and mentoring at management level;
experience in rapid andcomplex changing work environments.
* Develop and drive effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.
* Contribute to a positive work environment;
strong communication and collaboration with internal and external customers.
* Interface with all levels of the organization;
use data to support HR recommendations;
write and facilitate HRor business-related topics.
* Focus on process improvement and innovative HR solutions.
* Manage multiple priorities with a results-oriented approach;
bias for action and strong work ethic.
Basic Qualifications
* A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
* Resume showing steady progression in HR Management for the last 7+ years.
* 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports.
* 5+ years supporting hourly employee client groups (distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments).
* 5+ years experience in labor/employee relations.
* Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
Preferred Qualifications
* Master\ 's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred.
