Job Title: Property Data & Billing Manager
Are you a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys challenges? You will collaborate with Real Estate Customer Experience teams, broader Pan-European Operations, and FP&A teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of lease records in Yardi. We seek an analytical, detail-oriented, proactive individual to manage high-quality data related to building configurations and lease contracts.
Responsibilities include:
* Setting up new lease documents accurately and on time, including month-end reporting cycles.
* Adhering to rules and standards within the Global LDM Organization.
* Working closely with Leasing Managers and RECX Managers to understand lease documents.
* Focusing on data quality and accuracy.
* Supporting process improvements for efficiency and standardization across Europe.
* Preparing and issuing regular and ad hoc invoices.
* Supporting the OCM team with Capex administrative management (Capex tracker, PO creation, invoice payment).
Qualifications:
* Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot tables.
* Experience in a similar role within an international environment.
* Knowledge of Yardi is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Hands-on mentality and openness to feedback.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
