Who You Are :
Passionate about fashion and a fast-paced environment, our Sales Assistants are MK Ambassadors who represent the vision of Michael Kors. They are empowered to deliver an elevated customer experience and work collaboratively with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.
What You'll Do :
* Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
* Maintain client communication through all available clienteling apps and tools.
* Maintain floor and stock presence.
* Build and maintain good communication with the management team to drive store performance.
* Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert, advising customers with passion and confidence.
* Understand business results and identify opportunities to drive sales.
You'll Need to Have :
* Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with relevant sales experience.
* Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to achieve results.
* Proficiency in technology and leveraging it to enhance sales and customer experience.
* Strong English communication skills.
