The Threat Intelligence Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the threat intelligence service, defining the strategy, coordinating threat analysis activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and providing expert guidance to support cybersecurity decision-making.
Serve as the main escalation point and trusted advisor for the customers regarding Threat Intelligence cybersecurity services.
Respond to customer's requests on Threat Intelligence cybersecurity projects and services.
Prepare and present regular service reports to customer stakeholders.
Define and oversee service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting cycles at customer's level.
Effectively manage the service delivery, budget and costs, resources, and relationships with customers.
Support the sales team in tenders, defenses demos and POCs.
Strong interpersonal communication and management skills.
~ Proficiency in OSINT, dark web monitoring, and vulnerability analysis.
~ Broad knowledge of cybersecurity in general, their concepts and frameworks.
~ Native Spanish speaker.
~ Must possess professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
